Had RTHR done 2016 at Torbay and LTHR done Feb 2018 at Mount Stuart as a private patient both done by Mr Punwar. This is a truly compassionate, professional surgeon who explains everything clearly and I hope when it’s time for my revision Mr Punwar will be the man. Identical replacements and identical scars. One happy hippy.

Always very rewarding to help patients through their journey with joint pains and out the other side! Pleased we could help with both hips. With modern hip replacements it should be many years before revision is necessary, but components do wear slowly over time. This is particularly relevant for younger patients. We will be ready to revise at that stage if necessary. You have always been an excellent patient with a positive attitude. I am sure this has been a major contributor to your fantastic results! Mr Punwar did a great job removing obstructions in my knee and in the follow up explained what he did and how the problem occurred. An excellent service from him and his team at Torbay Hospital.
